Request for information about libraries at the primary level in Republic of Korea

Dear librarian,

Recently our team are studying the Grass-roots library in Republic of Korea. In our research, the concept of Grass-roots library includes town library, rural library, mobile library, community library, small and medium public library, that is, libraries at the primary level in the country.

I would really appreciate it if you could provide me information about libraries of the above types:

(1) specific laws and regulations, relevant provisions in laws or regulations;

(2) national or regional authoritative statistics data sources;

(3) current situation and trend of these kinds of libraries in recent years;

(4) important papers or reports worthy of reference.
